First, keep in mind that this module should be used only if you have a work crew assigned.
To access this module on your mobile device, go to the corresponding option.

When entering the Pre-Task Talk option, remember that the system requires certain mandatory information, while other fields are optional. Mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).
Upon entering, the system requires the Work Order (WO) and Company information as mandatory fields in order to load the remaining data.

Once this information is entered, the Delegation, Activity, and Client fields will be displayed by default; however, they can be modified if necessary.

Additionally, the system requests Subcontractor information. Although this field is not mandatory, it is often required. Keep in mind that multiple subcontractors can be added, allowing you to register one or more subcontractor companies.


You must also enter the Project Name and the Task to Be Performed, and finally the Project Manager’s Name, before clicking the Next button.


Next, you must complete the three sections of the Pre-Task Talk, starting with the Human Resources section.
The first question is to confirm whether you have a work crew.
If you are working alone, you must use the Checklist option.
Otherwise, proceed to add personnel.

From the personnel added, you must designate one person as the Work Leader.
In the next section, you will find the Pre-Task Talk questions.
Question 1 refers to the Work Planning Meeting Record for the task to be performed. Indicate whether you have it.

If you select NO or N/A, you must enter an observation.
Question 2 must be answered based on the task to be performed.

There is an OTHERS field that allows you to enter an unlisted risk by writing it in the blank space.

In Questions 3 and 4, enter the preventive measures and the required Personal and Collective Protective Equipment (PPEs / CPEs) for the tasks selected in Question 2.

In Question 5, if you select YES, a list of the personnel entered in the Human Resources section will appear.
You must select the person to whom the preventive resources will be assigned.
If you select NO, simply continue to the next section.


Finally, go to the third section, where you can record the Pre-Task Talk audio.
Tap the microphone icon to start recording.


After recording, you may play back or delete the audio if necessary.

Next, answer Questions 2 and 3, related to PPEs (CPEs) and the most significant risks.

Lastly, enter your SIGNATURE by tapping on the mobile screen.
You must save the signature; if an error occurs, you may clear it and try again.

If required, enter an additional observation and then click the SAVE button to complete the Pre-Task Talk process.
Once saved, the record will appear with its details in the Checklist Management section.
