1) If you experience issues in the application related to location or geolocation, make sure that location services are enabled. For more details, go to Geolocation (Enable Location on Mobile).
First, check that the location setting is enabled on your mobile device.
Then, verify that the app’s location permissions are enabled.
2) If some modules are not loading information, go to the Refresh Data option.
3) The application does not appear in my language. Make sure that the correct language is selected in your profile and that the language is available in the system.
