The Home screen provides a summary of your activity within the system. Here, you can view indicators and metrics related to RDIs, Inspections, Self-Inspection Checklists, and Pre-Task Talks, as well as pending records that require your attention. This information allows you to quickly monitor your activities and outstanding tasks.
Displays a summary of the user’s activity as an Inspector during the current year (from January 1 to the current date). Only inspections in which the user is listed as the Author/Inspector are considered.
Table listing inspections with unresolved anomalies that concern the user. An inspection is removed from the list once all its anomalies have been resolved.
Displays a summary of the user’s activity as an incident recorder during the current year (from January 1 to the current date). Only RDIs in which the user is listed as the incident recorder are considered.
Lists unresolved RDIs that affect the user according to their profile. An RDI is removed from the list once it is marked as resolved.
Displays a summary of the Self-Inspection Checklists registered by the user in their role as Safety Technician during the current year (from January 1 to the current date). Only checklists registered by the user as the Safety Technician are considered.
Lists self-inspection checklists with incorrect answers or incorrect preventive controls that have not yet been reviewed. A record is removed from the list once it is marked as Reviewed.
Displays a summary of the Pre-Task Talks registered by the user in their role as Safety Technician during the current year (from January 1 to the current date).
It follows the same logic as the Self-Inspection Checklist metrics, with the addition of the exclusive Score indicator, which reflects the star rating assigned to the Pre-Task Talks.
Lists Pre-Task Talks with incorrect answers or incorrect talk closure controls that have not yet been reviewed. A record is removed from the list once it is marked as Reviewed.
