If you have technical and safety training, you can move directly to the next step; otherwise, you must indicate the reason:

2)The next step is to answer the personal protection questions. If you respond that an item is not in good condition, the system will prompt you to provide a photo, which can be taken with the mobile device or uploaded from the device’s gallery:

At the end of the list, you will be asked to enter a group observation before proceeding to the next step:
